Will you ever sell my data?

No! Your data will never be sold to another company or author. In the event my work is acquired by a publisher, you may be subscribed to their email list if you have subscribed to my email newsletter. I will send out an email through my email newsletter to inform you of that change before it happens.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you sign up for our email list, that is hosted through MailerLite. You can unsubscribe at any time through your email or by emailing laurel@laurelholl.com

At this time the only data captured is through my newsletter. That is retained for as long as the newsletter account exists so that we may properly ensure you have unsubscribed and stay unsubscribed in compliance with CANN-SPAM and GDPR regulations. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
